NOURISH Well

NOURISH Well

Our approach is to treat the whole body. By collecting scientific and diagnostic clues, we are better able to formulate a diagnosis and get to the ROOT cause of any issues rather than treating isolated symptoms.  This testing allows us to prescribe the best course of action with your nutrition through supplementation, dietary suggestions, and nutrition.

OUR TEAM

Welcome to our home! We say that because that's how you'll feel when you walk into our offices.  It's not uncommon to walk in hearing J.Cole or Reggae on the speakers, or to pet a dog during your visit, heck, you might even meet the whole family! We love that about us and we want you to know our team because when you work with us, you are part of the family.

Team

After having my first baby in July, I wanted to be intentional with my return to running to give my body adequate time to recover. I started seeing Caitlin at 6 weeks postpartum.

In our bi-weekly appointments, she met me where I was and put together a solid plan to help progress my recovery further and prepare me for the rigors of running. I'm happy to report that at 6 months postpartum, I am feeling great!

I saw Caitlin through 16 weeks postpartum at which point she graduated me to at-home exercises. With her thoughtful guidance and expertise, I am confident that as I build towards longer races, I'm set up for success. Seeing a pelvic floor PT like Caitlin is now my #1 piece of advice to expecting female athletes!
