There is not a cookie-cutter answer to healthcare and it must be individual in nature. The goal of Optimal Performance is simple: Help you to move, think, and eat better. Professional athletes and weekend warriors alike have received care with excellent results. Whether the goal is an Olympic medal, achieving proper posture, losing weight or living pain free, we have the expertise to make it happen. All treatment is safe, natural and without the use of drugs or surgery.

NOURISH Well
NOURISH Well
Our approach is to treat the whole body. By collecting scientific and diagnostic clues, we are better able to formulate a diagnosis and get to the ROOT cause of any issues rather than treating isolated symptoms. This testing allows us to prescribe the best course of action with your nutrition through supplementation, dietary suggestions, and nutrition.
