Behind the Scenes with the Pros: Chicago Marathon 2025

Dr. Ryan had the incredible opportunity to work hands-on with some of the world’s top marathoners leading into this year’s Chicago Marathon — including two professional podium finishers and several of the fastest runners in Illinois. From fine-tuning recovery strategies to optimizing performance in the final training block, it was an honor to support these athletes at the highest level.

One standout moment? Working with Hawi Feysa, the women’s first-place finisher, during her marathon prep. Her focus, work ethic, and trust in the process were next-level — and it all paid off in a major way.
