We are excited to announce the launch of our new Mental Skills Training Program with Matt Lee. This program is designed specifically for athletes seeking to gain a mental edge in their sport and in life!
Expect to work! And co-create a plan tailored to your needs and goals. Athletes will go through structured programming to acquire and apply relevant mental skills for their performance context. The program features key components such as a needs assessment, goal setting, and action steps. Together we will utilize the GROW model to create successful strategies, attitudes and behaviors.
Our program is offered both in person and virtually, the program is available in packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions. A complimentary 15-minute discovery call is required for all participants to identify the best package for their needs. Join us to elevate your mental game and achieve your optimal mental performance!
