About Matt Lee
Matt Lee is a Mental Performance Coach. Matt has always been immersed in athletics, from playing D3 lacrosse, to coaching high performance tennis. He has witnessed first hand the mental challenges that come with the pressure of competition. This is why Matt chose to pursue a Masters degree from University of Illinois at Chicago, where he worked closely with the Women's Tennis program to incorporate mental skills into their culture. Since graduation Matt has been further developing his mental performance program. His goal is to bring awareness to athletes of every sport towards the benefits of training their mind as well as their body.
